Created for “trading ensembles,” this edition includes the Doxology’s even verses in divisi SATB harmonization with optional keyboard, with occasional TTBB and SSAA verses. This structure leaves space for a psalti or Byzantine ensemble to antiphonally sing the “odd” verses in Byzantine style. Set largely in Greek, the edition includes both the original language and a Latin-alphabet transliteration, as well as rehearsal numbers for ease of use.
